I only bring it up because I saw a podcast mention it and I immediately thought "dog comms," but I will be honest I'm not quite sure what it could mean.

Does anyone have any guesses? Or is this a nothing-burger?

At the very, very least Biden is a dickhead dog owner, and shouldn't have been allowed to ruin another pup.
