Not sure if I heard right: did he say this winter would be nuclear? As in an actual detonation of a device? Crimes have to committed before they can be prosecuted is what most people don't get. That's why its all taking so long and why they cannot intervene or act to stop certain things. Wonder how much more more there is to come.
