This is from the gas station convenience store my son works in, upstate (rural, northern) New York. He noticed it today. No managers to ask about, only one other coworker present. They weren't told anything about it. He texted me this pic. I advised him to contact a manager or corporate and ask what they're doing?
What sticks out to me is if they're going to discriminate against the unvaxxed, why are they even letting them inside the store? This is on the registers inside, not on the gas pumps.
I should edit again to add that there have been no mandates for the employees yet.

If a business asks for my phone number, I just say no. If the register requires it, they put in zeroes.

Same. I always say "no thanks" at the stores when they ask for a phone number. Usually it's not an issue, but one time a woman said they have to have it (lol) so I said "well, go ahead and just enter your phone number then, because you're not getting mine" and she finally gave up and finished my checkout.
