Yes, especially considering they allow every Tom, Dick, and Harry to treat them as though they are walk-in clinic for every little minor injury or illness instead of turning people away and telling them their issue isnt serious and to make an appt at their nearest health clinic, but hey, the taxpayers get to pick up the tab! Yay
