He is just slightly behind him, grabbing his own vest with his right hand, not touching him. It doesn't look shopped to me, the shadows look normal. IDK what it could mean. If they are in an armed data center, they might be at an NSA facility.

Yeah, it very well could be, the question is why? Interesting about the post about email, which points more to DARPA.
