I already have D3, C and Zinc at home and will be looking for Quercetin, Black Cumin Seed, and Lactoferrin (just so happen to have Benadryl in the med cabinet as well); basically anything that was stumbled upon this past week or two.
Am open to any suggestions.
is there any lactoferrin to be had by drinking whole milk?
edit i looked a bit but have to go to work.. supposedly cows milk has a little in there but camels milk has 5x more
I've read that it's better if it's raw milk.
