I already have D3, C and Zinc at home and will be looking for Quercetin, Black Cumin Seed, and Lactoferrin (just so happen to have Benadryl in the med cabinet as well); basically anything that was stumbled upon this past week or two.
Am open to any suggestions.

Activated charcoal ( to try and help detox the heavy metal form of iron they've "enriched" aka poisoned the bread flours with. To be used intermittently with a detox schedule)
Oil of Oregano
Pine gum spirits (helps to balance out parasites)
Ion biome (Dr Zac Bushs' product that helps mitigate glyphosate exposure)
Butter (healthy fat profile and a great natural source of vitamin a)
Beef liver ( B vitamins, selenium, Heme iron, and a tonne of other beautiful components that help the body)
Vitamin c rich fruits (important because these contain the entire vitamin c complex not just simply distilled ascorbic acid alone)
First and foremost let food be thy medicine. We can't simply (sin)thesize our way to health. Supplements should be a short term tool that can help one come down from modern societies toxicity. Long term healthy balance is achieved the hard way. Beginning to produce and educate oneself on the food found abundantly in nature and understand what oils and minerals are present in these miracles. People are going nuts for vitamin c vitamin c vitamin c. Why not instead of a pill eat an orange a day or an apple. Why does it have to be a manufactured pill. What about D3 D3 D3 or zinc zinc zinc. Would it not be wiser and more sustaining to make a sun schedule and get the real thing and exercise your bodies ability to manufacture the hormone D3 free and straight from the source? Wouldn't it be nice to get zinc from say oysters or a myriad of other natural sources which are complete with other minerals designed by God to help to body ingest and uptake the zinc harmoniously? I hope people start to get away from the pill mentality. Unless you are finely in tune with your body taking these concentrated substances can do much more harm than good.
Nothing has the power to give you more health abundance than clean air supported by a daily breath work exercise. Next natural mineral filled spring water taken live from a clean examined source. Then motion from daily grounded walks and physical labor from either collecting or harvesting your food.
How you die
Somehow people are confused into focusing on food first. Maybe one would benefit by focusing on Breathwork (Wim Hoff) and hydration (including salt mineralization) first. This being due to the critical nature and importance listed above. Then ask yourself how am I sleeping? Am I dreaming? If not place your focus there. This self inquiry may help naturally illuminate to you the minerals your body is short of along with where your stressors and traumas lie under the surface that need to be addressed.
All these are will need to be researched as to why and when and into what quantity they are to be used. True health is a discipline and cannot be simple taken from a bottle.
