Umm is up voting broken?

so I hit the upvote, it changes red and adds one. All good right?

Then I hit refresh, and every vote I did goes poof. Stickies at same count as they were when i started. Happened on every post. Not sure what's going on?

Yeah, mine are staying but letting me updot as fast as I can keep refreshing... I think? WHO WANTS SOME UPDOTS!!! Edit: okay, not every time, only if I open a post then go back and forth. Maybe. Or anons are updating ever post I updot while I go back and forth...
