Umm is up voting broken?

so I hit the upvote, it changes red and adds one. All good right?

Then I hit refresh, and every vote I did goes poof. Stickies at same count as they were when i started. Happened on every post. Not sure what's going on?

I've been having this issue for months! But it's not going to stop me from reading posts!
