Umm is up voting broken?

so I hit the upvote, it changes red and adds one. All good right?

Then I hit refresh, and every vote I did goes poof. Stickies at same count as they were when i started. Happened on every post. Not sure what's going on?

I think some people read your title but not the details, and upvote bc they assume ‘elections’ are broken.

Up and downvoting has a delayed reaction for me all the time.
