Shouldn't he be guilty of not disclosing his FARA involvement?

"The Foreign Agents Registration Act (“FARA”) imposes disclosure requirements and other legal obligations on any individual or entity that becomes an “agent of a foreign principal” "

And, shouldn't he be guilty of treason?

These lesser charges he has been found guilty of are really so minimalistic. It seems he is getting the kid-glove treatment.
