Neither the vaccinated or unvaccinated are perpetuating this pandemic. It is being perpetuated by governments enforcing policies that prevent people from catching the virus and developing natural immunity.

What’s was always the fastest way to end the pandemic? Reaching natural herd immunity. How will that ever happen in an environment where people are deathly afraid of catching a highly survivable virus?
