Erm.. No you dont, there are rules in war and im pretty sure one of the more important ones is killing of non combatants/innocent civilians, or rather, DONT kill them, it's like.. a war crime or something similarly insignificant.

At what point does collateral damage become actual genocide?

We're supposed to be the good guys and the ends don't justify the means, we win, the good way.

If the good guys will lie to you telling you its safe and effective while allowing good people to take a shot they know can kill you. Strip people of their rights and their livelihoods leading to domestic violence, homocide, suicide, hundreds of thousands of missed cancer screenings due to the fear etc.... Are they really that good at all?
