You are more admirable in your situation than I was when it happened to me. Some years ago I got homeless from riding my crashing faith all the way to the ground. My wife and I cried on Thanksgiving that year, which we spent in a park because we had nowhere else to go. I was bitter about it at first, and hope became painful, but God answered when I asked Him for small mercies to make it bearable. He brought my wife and I out of it eventually, and now I wouldn’t trade pure gold for what we gained through the experience. I was not what I would have chosen, and I can’t say it was even what God had chosen because our foolishness had much to do with it, but He turned it all to our benefit in the end. In your case, you are suffering because you stood up against something you knew was wrong and dangerous, and that doesn’t go unnoticed in heaven. You are not forsaken, and you are not forgotten.
Never mind what Trump says about the vaccines. You don’t need the support of one man when you have an army. A host of patriots is on your side, and they are with you because they know the truth. Where we go one, we go all.
I pray that God restores to you all you have lost, and that you will come out the other side of this trouble with a fierce love of life and a confidence that will carry you to places where the great will welcome you into their company. (Might as well dream big.)
