Anyone willing to do this around the Chicago area aren't in Chicago itself, they're in the suburbs and further out in the rural areas. The criminals are getting more bold out here lately but also rising is the number of thugs getting shot for their trouble as well as the Illinois suburbs keep leading the nation at the rate that they're arming up.
