Bible has multiple authors, 44 if I recall correctly. Each one usually stuck to one style - literal or metaphor/symbolism/imagery.
Is Q also more than one author?
Would explain a lot.
Definitely seems like it, the writing styles changed a lot over time when Q posted
1 Peter. "All scripture is given by inspiration of God".
God alone is the author. There are many writers all men of God who spoke according to the Words God gave them. Faithful men of God.
Only one source of truth. The styles are due to the individuals education and personal knowledge. Luke was a learned physician, Amos was a Herdsman. Read those alone and you can see God will work with the language and knowledge of the Faithful man who He gives His Word to.
In other words God knows how to communicate to each of His people. Thus the variance.
