This is software. It's not really him speaking. Watch the edge of his neck along his collar and you will see anomalies. Not just at the front where the throat is, but towards the back of his neck as well.

The technology of this is way beyond what you think it is, but it still offers clues if you know what to look for.

Does this further give evidence to the hypothesis that these people are already in Gitmo and are running shadow interviews with clones/sylicone masks deep state tricks?

Possibly...but these interviews of Fauci are DEFINITELY fake. Not all of them, perhaps, but the ones like this in front of the blue NIH panel. Plain as day.
