Plus it emerged from South Africa. South Africa recently turned away vaccines https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2021-11-24/s-africa-wants-j-j-pfizer-vaccine-delivery-delay-news24-says The US then retaliated with a travel ban hurting their economy.
