The Russians are dropping airbourne soldiers in near the border with Ukraine, it was on one of the Indian news channels earlier, some 1400 troops jumping in on exercise. Or is it?

Then it is only theatre called training. As long as VDV isn't desanting in Ukraine it isn't too important - or even is not important at all after things we already know.
