Aside from having to defend my no-vax position at the family Christmas Eve get-together, I’ve been blitzed with spike proteins by a group of family members, all vaxxed. I can feel my body fighting the shit off this morning. Time to double down on NAC and D3. It really is a disgusting situation.

I'd stick with Zinc, D3, Quercetin, and Selenium. NAC depletes Zn stores long term and even though Zinc supplements are taken, you're driving with the brake on. I recommend Zn with the others (Zelenko Protocol)
Agreed on the Zinc, D3, Quercetin and Selenium. Already taking those. From what I've read you need to be taking very large doses of NAC for it to deplete Zinc. I only take a 600mg capsule per day.
