It doesn't matter what Trump says. People aren't getting the vaccine based on what he says. If he came out and said the vaccines were dangerous, it changes nothing.
Why wouldn't Trump use this free opportunity to get into the news and potentially sway others to give him a listen? It costs him nothing.

Yes and no. I'm sure some in deep MAGA country do. But you can't discount the effect that has psychologically, when all of MSM is telling you to do something and the ONE GUY that was standing up to MSM is echoing the same sentiment. It makes it harder to resist the programming. With no support, most conservative normies I'm sure eventually caved.
