Looking for some help, does anyone have pdf for Dr. to sign, stating vaccination is not recommended due to ongoing medical treatment? Basically, medical exemption under Dr. advice

Is that necessary? I would think the doctor might have a form letter or could create something acceptable.

Not necessary except for international travel. I doubt the specialist will create a form letter due to reasons I stated...(see comments)
