People are researching Q posts to explain what's happening, not making up excuses. Some are calling that "mental gymnastics" when that simply isn't the case.
Research: the systematic investigation into and study of materials and sources in order to establish facts and reach new conclusions.
“Mental gymnastics” happen when our brains spiral into destructive thought patterns—making up excuses or arguments for unjustifiable decisions or situations.
I believe this statement stands on its own. I think the appropriate question would be, " According to what?". It is what is right that will sort out who is right.
I think many people fail to understand how complicated dismantling a global network of powerful rich crooks who control levers of govt, industry and tech is. Misinformation and disinformation is necessary. This will inevitably bring up the age old ethics question, will you lie/kill for the greater good. Classic example, do you run over one person to save the lives of 100 train track scenario. Only God knows the answer to that question.
