Yes, that seems right. The numbers listed in the ivermectin section of this treatment guidelines table work out to 1 to 3x the dosage on the plunger notches.
Before I started the horse paste I did all the calculations for my body weight and came to this very easy conclusion...just dose according to your weight on the plunger. I don't like the 250 lb.
notch because I started on the 50 lb. notches with Durvet which is so easy but I have to use it all up so I give away the Durvet and use the other for myself. Sometimes people just want to make it harder than it is...but really one should ALWAYS check medical advice or dosages from people dispensing info on this site. I frequently see misinformation being handed out like candy. I only trust what I know to be true myself checked against the best sources I have available. Glad for the confirmation...thanks!
