Their lame excuse is "safety for others and health. The gay couple wasnt potentionally harming anyone".
I argued with some claiming how is it different than race or sexual orientation discrimination and they said cause you cant "choose" to be a race etc. Then I said I should be able to look at everyone's med record and if you have something contagious like aids or herpes I can use my fear and say you cant come in my store. Or I can say only unvaccinated people allowed. They claimed " you know thats different ". Then I presented ww2 facts and called them nazis which was great fun 😉
AIDS and herpes are spread through sexual contact. What kind of store do you have where people are potentially spreading STDs? What do you sell?
If you’re a pornographer, you do have the right to discriminate against people with STDs.
Through blood aids is spread. Mouth herpes through saliva. I could be fearful of contamination through an accidental cut or spit, or bathroom use. The bottom line is fear can create hypercondria from anything and that is what we are dealing with. Ignorance.
Yes, and a huge portion of the population has the herpes virus. Disease is one of the many reasons why restaurants and gyms are so obsessed with cleaning. Nobody has ever suggested banning people based on these diseases because they are actually extremely difficult to spread accidentally to strangers.
Unlike an airborne virus.
Im pretty sure in the early days people were very fearful of aids. The point of the argument is ignorance from fear can cause people to be irrational. They are being irrational stopping un vax from shopping. Hypercondria is being rewarded here
