There is a podcast started by a Journalist called “With The Benefit of Hindsight” in which he has spent 10 years investigating the case and he has come to the conclusion that the entire case is a load of crap and was fabricated and further muddied by an incompetent female journalist who had no experience. According to him its just as much of a fake story as the Duke Lacrosse story. Heard him on conservative radio talking about it sounds super interesting
I'd like a link if you have one, because the reality of what happened at psu and the collusion and corruption of the the athletic department, PD and prosecutors is probably 100x worse than reported.
Thanks, I will take a look when I can. Is his premise that Sandusky was innocent? I know about the issues with that reporter, but that doesn't negate the evidence. He raped at least one of his own adopted son, who bravely spoke about it and another is now a convicted child sex offender himself, which is often a sad result for some victims who do not address their own abuse...He had intimate access to thousands of very vulnerable children over the decades, was charged with over 52 counts, buI I believe the number is probably many, many times more. McQuery also had his life torn part for coming forward. I will find it hard to listen to this from a neutral pov, because I believe he was much more prolific and was part of a larger network. But I will give it a listen when I can.
The premise is that there was no evidence backing up the claims of McQuery and others (McQuery himself had changed his story numerous times), the timeline is all wrong and there is no real evidence of a crime by Sandusky AND more importantly that there was no cover up by Penn State officials and that in fact the crime was used to prove a cover up and the cover up was used to prove the crime. And this isnt just some shoddy conspiracy speculation podcast it is THOROUGH. I mean in started in 2020, episodes are 2 to 5 hours long and IS STILL GOING. Zigler has devoted 10 years trying to find the truth...if you just start, after the first episode youll begin to see theres a real issue with the whole case
