He explicitly made the decision to trust in twelve flawed men. Those men then imitated Christ and sent fourth men just as Christ sent them.
Spreading the gospel and in a sense sharing Christ himself was the mission. To accomplish this Jesus didn't write a book. He wrote nothing in stone. Instead he wrote on the hearts of men.
One exception: He selected Judas, but knew that he was the "son of perdition", where his heart was and even that he was stealing from the collective disciple's ministry purse.
Judas was selected to do what he did.
it could be said that Judas in his own way helped spread the gospel
What we know for sure: Judas definitely spread his guts on the ground after his body fell from where he hung himself.
his death was prob mild compared to the others except Johns i like Johns
No argument there. It is the discipleship modeled, then, and the one we are directed to follow today:
And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others. (2 Timothy 2:2)
In regards to the written books, the Bible, though:
For prophecy never had its origin in the human will, but prophets, though human, spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit. (2 Peter: 1:21)
