Golly, I sure hope the team of Physicists and Engineers that are on the cutting edge of technology that will benefit all mankind, are all "Diversified" enough to make the minorities feel less self-insecure.

This will accomplish both certain failure, and waste enormous amounts of time and money, trying to remove the highly qualified, intelligent and skilled experts the field, to force the less intelligent, unqualified but those with absolutely nothing to offer, into leadership positions, where they can exercise their egos, by making exceedingly stupid decisions - knowing that to even question their ignorance, is to be racist.
