Sounds like itd be a long fast, considering you’d have to be able to time it correctly enough where you kill off any larva or eggs that the parasites continuously lay as well. Regularly taking an anti-parasitic medicine seems like itd be a better option. Not a doctor though, but the fuck does that mean anymore. Do your own research
Most people there who aparently know they have parasites (in their stool I guess) did not have luck getting rid of them doing fasting. I personally also don't see how these tiny worms wouldn't be able to get nutrients from your body just because you're fasting.
I don't know whether I have parasites, but looking at modern food quality, I probably do. I wanna try out Fenbendazole and maybe "healing clay", whatever that is. Check the thread I posted and please let me know what you think, you seem to be more knowledgable at this topic.
Ok, so that article made me remember what I had previously concluded.
I suggested you read the bulletproof diet. You need to be eating like this regardless of parasites. But, the article reminded me with the word: SUGAR. So, bulletproof is basically keto/paleo with quality sourcing. So, high fat, moderate protein, low carb. He discusses in depth how sugar is toxic. I believe if you are on this diet you are slowly starving out the parasites because they need sugar.
Yeah I completely admit the parasite thing is what I’m still worried about. I’m just very against allopathic medicine, so there must be a way one can rid themselves of this without using ivermectin.
Currently, my diet is extremely clean, and I do the fast as I know. I also:
Take activated charcoal every night. This is similar to the clay in removing things from your gut.
Use an infrared sauna. I feel like this could be cleansing from parasites but I have zero proof of that - it’s just a sense I get.
Drink celery juice post sauna. This is supposed to be a potent detox elixir.
You’re better off doing a long fast than taking a drug

I have done the research. You apparently have not.

I’ll check it out.
