Numbers. There's just so many professional football (soccer) players compared to NBA or NFL.

If it's about the huge numbers of FIFA players vs NBA and NFL combined, wouldn't that support the idea that such effects are actually pretty rare? These 4 deaths were all from different countries around the world.
