With the dry air we’ve had the saline helps me a lot.

For eyes my eye dr turned me on to lubricant eye drops. One brand is Refresh Tears.

I haven’t researched side effects but it lasts considerably longer than saline.

The nasal spray is amazing. Just generic grocery brand. Simple Truth from Kroger. If I’m stuffed up with allergies from the Christmas tree, dust, smoke, mag chloride a cpl sprays and a few minutes and I’m clear. Cheap also. Bottom shelf in the allergy stuff aisle.
