Glad to see all our pede frens are staying healthy and stockpiling up on zinc.
Don't forget, you can use botanical supplements for zinc and other healthy things too!
Elder flowers and chaga mushrooms are high in zinc, among other healthy things, and ginkgo and nettle leaf are high in quercetin content.
Mix in some lemongrass and some anise seed, and you have yourself a delicious brew with tons of vitamin C, zinc, and quercetin as well.
I drink it every day and I haven't had so much as a sniffle the whole pandemic!
