Is this the Ds backup plan for when Biden gets indicted/loses his mind completely/dies somehow? Is it Hillary's last ditch effort to evade going to GITMO? Or is it the Deepstate crossing the final RED_LINE?

There is NO Constitutional pathway for Hillary to end up in the White House. Zero.
