I had decided way back that I would not take the a Covid shot due to inadequate testing and began researching alternatives. Almost immediately increased my Vitamin D intake, vitamin C, purchased zinc and quercitin to have on hand. From this site I received info. regarding Frontline Doctors, began to follow them and my husband had a consult to obtain ivermectin as a prophylactic measure after he was sent to the hospital with an increased potassium level and stage 5 renal disease and diabetes. We both said no to testing for Covid, refused the shot numerous times, did research to improve his renal disease and we both follow the renal diet and low carb diet (no added salt, low potassium, only carbs from fruits low in potassium, no junk foods, no fast foods, no pasta, no potatoes, no rice). His lab levels have improved dramatically, just a few points away from Stage 3 renal disease, and he has lost 48 pounds since the end of May with an improved A1C, normal blood sugars with minimal insulin once per day and only 5 mg glyburide. Cholesterol levels normal. I also obtained additional ivermectin from a place mentioned on this site, along with z-Pak, just in case. I also am going to get a nebulizer, food grade hydrogen peroxide and normal saline if needed. This site has been invaluable to many. Bottom line is do your own research. Make your own decisions. Then if anything happens, it is on you.
