Jesus spoke of one individual believing that God could do what God wanted done through that one individual when that individual understands and believes it's what God wants done and then tries it. Matthew 17:20. The concept has to do with what God wants rather than what we would like to see happen. It would get us in all kinds of trouble if we could wield God's power like that on whatever we chose.
