Yes. It is the illusion of power through intimidation of the ignorant. OSHA has no power to legislate a persons health status with regard to medical procedure or treatment. ONLY in the prevention of accidents and industrial hazards of a work environment.

It is important to know these things and not just comply out of fear tactics.
