They give them out free at our local library here in Arizona. Steady stream of concerned citizens in their cars waiting their turn. It's hilarious!! The test giver-outer cannot just had you the test because of some reason (health issue??) So you drive up, open your hatchback if you got one, or the giver-outer just sets it on your bumper so you have to get out of your vehicle to get it and put it in your car. This is even more humiliating than wearing the diaper IMHO. It's really entertaining.
