Perhaps we should investigate the potential political and monetary incentives a drought like this offers to those engaged in the practice of geo-engineering..... (Chemtrails, weather modification, solar blocking etc) To make sure we are not being hoodwinked by the powers-that-be into believing that this is mainly due to "climate change".
My faith in the WHO has been shaken. To the point of not trusting their advice on most issues. I go to other "experts" now for my medical answers. Such as doctors and medical researchers who are not politicians. It requires much more work and increases the margin of error, but they did this to themselves and, frankly, they deserve it.
