In case anyone here is in doubt, 99% of the twitter replies are bots. Nobody cares enough to follow the CDC director and even less normal people are going to respond to CDC on Twitter to tell her she's being irresponsible with recommendations and that they need to have stricter lockdowns. You can tell from replies that it's just regurgitated talking points and not based on any real world happenings.
