I just got an email from a local non-profit saying they are closed until January 15th due to staffing shortages. And, everywhere I look... same thing... "now hiring" .
Some people are home because they are quarantined, but, that many? No way.
Perhaps the workforce has shrunk because some fear working and being exposed to covid?
Or because they are making more money via unemployment?
Or because they had to quit or get the jab, and they chose to quit?
Other reasons? What is going on? The lack of employees everywhere is very concerning... it's just resulting in more division. I wish I had a solution.
I dont know why you're getting downvoted for this, I was about to say the same thing! Covid lockdowns ended a lot of jobs (partially by design thanks to great reset), but one of the positives is that people realized they could get by with less, instead of the lies of our toxic work culture which needs people to work 24-7 for low wages, and consume media and products endlessly on their hours off. Less product/media consumption = less money needed. People have been fed up for a while, with increasing prices, and stagnant wages, people expect more (rightfully so). Values have changed, and it's not all a bad thing.
