The Zelenko protocol stops viruses in their tracks. No longer will their be a need for flu shots or all the zillions of products used to stop symptoms.
I’ve already seen a lot of examples of people being cured of other illness by alternative means.
Once people find out they’ve been lied to about all of this there will be no stopping the cures.
Who knows? Maybe we will all go back to feeling great for 1000 years like in biblical times.
Raw meat? Wouldn't make you sick?
A little different. You can't just eat any meat raw.
Let's have some examples: Beef when served blue rare is often from good cuts and reputable farmers, butchers and cooks.
You generally wouldn't eat blue rare beef off a market shelf or something like a carniceria.
Ground beef is an instant no no unless you grind it yourself from the above; a lot of nasty stuff.
Next is sushi. You can't actually just grab a fish and eat it raw. A lot of fish requires a session of freezing first because they're riddled with parasites and on top of that, trained sushi chefs know what to look out for if a fish they're butchering is contaminated.
It's a very prestigious thing and part of the reason why gas station sushi is so bad for you. Puffer fish is also toxic and must be prepared very carefully by a very well trained sushi chef; you can't just jam a fork in and go.
Next up is pork; raw pork is also riddled with parasites, more than beef usually is. We used to have to cook all pork to 165F to make sure it's safe; now whole pork can be eaten at 145F but lower is a risk. Contrast that with steak where you can basically eat it as rare as you like provided it has been seared.
Raw poultry is revolting and extremely unsafe from quite a few angles which is why 165F is considered a non-negotiable food temp.
So yeah, you can't just eat raw meat. When you eat it properly there is a lot of thought and skill going into sourcing, preparing and serving that average people don't consider. You might be just eating meat from the supermarket blue rare and have been fine to this point, but the moment you run into a bad piece that would have been fine if cooked I guarantee you will be suffering for a while.
