Beef vs Chicken broth is going to depend on blood type and nutritional need.
Most O blood types need more beef.
Most A / B will do better with Chicken.

O Blood types also need more sunlight and have a hard time with Vitamin D synthesis ( it’s a hormone not a vitamin )
Outside of the nutritional differences ( https://foodstruct.com/compare/beef-vs-chicken-meat ) you are mainly looking at time constraints. Chicken cooks much faster than the beef bone broth as it takes a lot of time to cook marrow down.
Namely Chicken is really good for a norovirus / stomach deal. Those usually flush out Vitamin A / B.
Beef is much better for more viral ( flu ) as it fortifies Zinc / Iron / Vit D production.
