Im sure ill get down votes...feeling a bit off today. Cant really describe it but feeling like im processing information and it feels very very heavy. Just wondering if anyone else might be feeling the same.

You might wanna check out ketogenic diet with intermittent fasting.
The mind works better on ketones (fat) than on glucose (carbs).
Being type 2 diabetic, fasting can get sketchy sometimes. I've done it, but have to plan ahead and skip some meds, "pin cushion" throughout.
Eric Berg is going to become your best friend if you just explore a little.
