Yeah that sounds like stomach flu. And it sucks! I’ve had a touch of it many years ago. Couldn’t keep anything other than maybe Gatorade down. Room temperature. Don’t remember coughing as much, but everything else you mentioned , yes. I had no medication or any remedies back then. Now you could go several routes mentioned in here.
