From my reading it seems that this is the FAA legally being put on notice that they are breaking their own rules. No pilot that got the kill jab can be medically certified, according to FAA official regulations. They don't mess around with med certs, they are very serious about it.
The letter goes on to warn the FAA that they will be liable if they don't follow their own rules.
Only other way out would be for them to change their regulations, but, that would be a massive story. I'm not sure they can even do that without intervention from lawmakers.
I'm guessing somewhere there a room full of sweaty lawyers trying to figure out how to save their collective butts.

Wow. Thanks for the explanation. I really do wonder if all those cancellations are related to this. If it continues next year, it definitely is. But we should also hear airlines backing out on pilot vaccine mandates.
Are these the reasons for theclockdowns? I read that due to a comet or something a big portion of our atmosphere was destroyed and we cannot have the pollution that planes cause. See Clif high videos. Situation is very critical
i sadly have to disagree that if they change the reg it will be a massive story. The literal definition of "vaccine" and "immunity" were changed by (all?) major dictionaries (and Wikipedia) in 2020/2021 and no one but us talks about it. The FAA changing rules to suit vax mandates wont even be mentioned by the major outlets, not even Fox.
The major outlets of MSM, including Fox, won't touch anything outside their propaganda talking points, so no point in looking to them for public disclosure of such a massive story if it came to be. Plus, the WHO changed the definitions of "pandemic" and "vaccine" in preparation for the Plandemic. This was picked up and broadcast by whistleblowers reporting to German-American attorney Dr. Reiner Fuellmich and his team. They have widely disseminated this info. It is all the alternative news sources who will widely share these type of stories. Don't give up hope!
Even if they changed their regulations, wouldn’t they still be liable up till that date of change? They have been operating under the mandates for months now and hasn’t a few pilots already died or had health issues?
