Tested positive for Covid... what do i do now?

Had a fever last night and some aches, now sore throat, got tested this morning came back positive.

Anyone have any remedies or stuff to take? Already been taking ivermectin.

Are you taking 6-8000 units of D3? C? Zinc? Green Tea?

Make a sliced potato in olive oil and sprinkle heavy spices on them while cooking. Tumeric, Cayanne pepper, black pepper, raw garlic and raw onion chopped into it. Any green spices you want are fine too....
