Tested positive for Covid... what do i do now?

Had a fever last night and some aches, now sore throat, got tested this morning came back positive.

Anyone have any remedies or stuff to take? Already been taking ivermectin.

Garlic with chicken broth. Star anise tea. Aspirin if you are not on blood thinners. Benadryl.
