Tested positive for Covid... what do i do now?

Had a fever last night and some aches, now sore throat, got tested this morning came back positive.

Anyone have any remedies or stuff to take? Already been taking ivermectin.

Damn thats wild, sorry to hear. Ive been eating the paste since yesterday, hopefully thatll help, and i was eating like garbage around Christmas which is what i think did me in, oh well, just eating protein and low sugar right now hopefully i can starve this thing out.
