BUT... was she bluffing? Or was she given a deal that will allow her a lighter sentence while still giving the facade of a G verdict?
We won't know until it plays out.
But Doomers were saying she would walk. And now they have shifted goal posts. I would take them more seriously if their arguments BEGAN with light sentencing not conveniently moved along.
Regardless of her sentencing, it will be too good. However what she was charged with was a singular snowflake on a giant ice burg of crimes she can still and likely will be charged with.
