They induced coma and put him on a ventilator, remdesivir, etc, now his lungs are wrecked. He woke up though, and demanded to be discharged, preferring to die at home than on the ventilator. He can barely breath now, the medicos said they didn't think he'd even make it through the drive home without an oxygen tank. He supposedly tried ivermectin before going to the hospital, but I don't think he's tried MMS or CDS. Will those help in this sort of situation? As far as I know they oxidize microbes, but will that help scarred lungs breath? Ho do we help people when the hospitals fail to complete the kill?

Try NAC, that helps rebuild lungs. people say they breathe better after ivermectin too, but I'd start with NAC. It's easier to get anyway.

OK, I have been taking that myself since I work with some shedders. Any advice about dosages?
My pack says 1-2 600mg capsules a day.
So I'd go with 2 capsules, or 1200 mg per day.
This website says that too:

Maybe people take more, I don't know.
I had the 'rona in Mar 20 and my breathing was bad for 6 months. At the beginning I could not talk or eat without stopping to gasp. I couldn't walk up an incline and stairs were difficult. I'm back to normal now, I was just taking vitamins and zinc at the time.
How do you think you got it
It came through our area in the UK at that time. Lots of people got ill, some of them seriously. I think I got it from one of my kids. At that time and place it was pretty virulent.
3x dosage per day for NAC, 3000-5000mg of vitamin C
And I would also look into the hydrogen peroxide (3%) in nebulizer or do the inhalation with a nasal spray mist type bottle. 3 sprays to the back of throat while inhaling 3-4 time per day.
Of course, I am not a doctor, but I have been paying attention to many of the videos poste here on GAW
I'd be careful with the nebulized peroxide. I have a lung disorder, tried it several years ago when I managed to get a lung infection. It did absolutely nothing and I'm not sure it didn't make breathing worse. Actually, the only thing that did help was ClearLungs and a mushroom supplement. Clearlungs has a different formula now so I don't know if that would help but it helped me a lot. Host Defense Mushroom Breathe was the other supplement that helped. I'm no doctor either, just someone with bad lungs.
Ventilators cause massive scarring inside the lungs, which is why 80-90% of people put on ventilators die without ever being able to come off the ventilators. Scar tissue destroys the alveoli and capillaries in the lungs where gaseous exchange takes place and that is not something that can be cured. The only options are likely a lung transplant or live the rest of your life on oxygen and unable to do anything, assuming you can survive being taken off the ventilator in the first place.
Let's give it a try first.
